FWIW, Ada’s Technical Books (which recently moved) has a back room. Exclusive use involves a minimum spend (e.g. food, coffee, beer). It can comfortably fit. Has no overhead projector or screen.

Their event mgr is Erik (Eric?). I can ping him again on availability and cost, if anyone thinks this is a good option.
