I posted this in the LinkedIn group, but it seems as though there is as much or more discussion here so I'm cross-posting.<p></p><div><br></div><div><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;line-height:17px;">At the presentation about Amazon Simple Work Flow (SWF) earlier this month I complained that writing that kind of code in plain Java is terribly retro, which is to say needlessly tedious and verbose.
