Suggestion for future Wing Ding: Work thru programming interview questions.

Like the ones found here:

http://leetcode.com

I still don’t think these kinds of questions have any utility (predictive power). But done as a group exercise, it could be fun.

As for the cliche programming interview hazing gauntlet, I’ve had a change of heart. My position is now somewhere between “everyone needs a hobby” and “sure, why not? it’s not like we’ve got anything better to do.”

Cheers, Jason

they should have got the domain l337c0d3.com to be l3g17 .. which is still
available actually =)

for the last few years I've been doing a half hour chat/whiteboard/whatever
to gauge depth of knowledge in the relevant technology followed by a 1.5
hour pair session. The pairing session can be very revealing. I've had a
pretty good success with this approach.

folks may find this a good read: http://goo.gl/NjHCH4
